Home Remodeling Done Right
Full-scope remodeling for homeowners in Parrish, Bradenton, and Sarasota who want the job done once — and done well.
The Problem
You know the space isn't working. You just need someone you can trust to fix it.
Maybe it's a bathroom that's been on your list for two years. Maybe you just bought a place in Lakewood Ranch and it needs work before you move in. Maybe you've already called a couple contractors and nobody showed up when they said they would.
We get it. The remodeling industry in Florida has a reputation problem — too many crews stretched across too many jobs, and the homeowner ends up managing the project themselves.
We took a different approach. We run a small number of jobs at a time. The person who walks your home and gives you the estimate is the same person running the project, on site, every day. That's how we keep things moving and keep the work clean.
What We Handle
Remodeling services for every room in your home.
Bathroom Remodeling
Outdated tile, a vanity that's seen better days, a layout that wastes space — we gut it and rebuild it the way it should have been done. Showers, tubs, flooring, fixtures, vanities — the whole room.
Kitchen Remodeling
New cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, layout changes. Whether you're opening up the kitchen to the living area or just replacing what's worn out, we handle the full scope.
Room Transformations
That spare bedroom that never gets used. The bonus room over the garage. The lanai that could be so much more. We convert underused spaces into rooms you actually live in.
Multi-Room Projects
When you're updating several rooms at once — maybe before a move-in or after a purchase — we coordinate the full project so you're not juggling three different contractors.
Why It Matters
Florida homes need Florida experience.
Stucco exteriors, concrete block construction, humidity that never quits — remodeling here is different from up north. Materials need to be chosen for the climate. Moisture management matters behind every wall.
We've worked on homes across Parrish, Bradenton, and Sarasota — from 1970s block homes to brand-new construction in master-planned communities. We know what works here and what doesn't.

FAQ
Common Questions About Home Remodeling
Can I live in my home during a remodel?
Yes — most of our clients in Parrish, Bradenton, and Sarasota stay in their homes while we work. We contain the work area with plastic barriers, run air scrubbers when needed, and clean up every single day. For a kitchen remodel we'll help you set up a temporary kitchen area so you can still cook and eat. The only time we recommend moving out is for a whole-home gut renovation where every room is torn up at once, which is rare.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A standard bathroom remodel in the Bradenton and Sarasota area typically takes two to three weeks from demo to final walkthrough. That includes tile, vanity, fixtures, and paint. If we're moving plumbing or expanding the footprint, it can stretch to four weeks. We map out the full schedule before we start so you know exactly what to expect each week.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Bradenton?
In the Bradenton and Sarasota area, a mid-range kitchen remodel — new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures — typically runs between $25,000 and $55,000 depending on the size of the kitchen and the materials you choose. A cosmetic refresh with cabinet refacing and new countertops can come in under $15,000. We give you an itemized estimate after walking the space so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.
What should I remodel first — kitchen or bathroom?
If you're planning to sell in the next few years, kitchens give you the strongest return on investment in the Florida market. If you're staying long-term, we usually recommend starting with the space that bothers you the most day to day. A lot of our clients in Lakewood Ranch and Parrish start with the master bathroom because it's a daily quality-of-life upgrade. We're happy to walk your home and help you prioritize based on your budget and goals.
Do I need permits for remodeling in Manatee County?
It depends on the scope. Cosmetic work like new flooring, paint, and cabinet refacing generally doesn't require a permit. But if you're moving walls, changing plumbing or electrical, or altering the layout, Manatee County requires building permits — and Sarasota County has its own process too. We handle the permitting for you on every project that needs it. We know both county offices well and build the permit timeline into our project schedule so there are no surprises.
What's the best time of year to remodel in Florida?
Honestly, any time works — we remodel year-round. But if you have flexibility, late spring and early fall tend to be ideal. Snowbird season (January through March) is when contractors are busiest, so scheduling can be tighter. Summer works fine for interior projects since we're working inside with AC. The key is booking your estimate early so we can get you on the schedule when you want to start.
