“They showed up every single day. The tile work is immaculate and they left the house cleaner than they found it. I've never had a contractor like this.”

Why Eminence
Most remodelers juggle a dozen jobs at once. We don't.
We take a small number of projects each year. The owner runs every one of them, start to finish.
Eminence is a Lakewood Ranch remodeling company. 12 years in the trade, serving Sarasota and Manatee County.
In-house design and transparent, fixed pricing. One team on your project from start to finish.
Serving Parrish, Bradenton, and Sarasota. We run a few jobs at a time, and we're on site every day until the work is done. The person who sold you the job is the one running it.

The Process
We come to you, see the space, and ask the right questions before quoting anything.
You get a clear, detailed number — broken down honestly with no surprises built in.
We're on site every day. The person who sold the job runs the job, start to finish.
We walk the finished project together. Nothing is signed off until you're satisfied.
Yes — most of our clients stay in their homes during the project. We phase the work so you always have access to what you need. We clean up at the end of every day, contain dust and debris, and communicate the schedule so there are no surprises. For larger remodels like a full kitchen or bathroom, we'll walk you through what to expect so you can plan ahead.
A standard bathroom remodel typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on scope. Kitchen remodels run 3-6 weeks. Smaller projects like accent walls or cabinetry can be done in days. We give you a realistic timeline before we start — not a best-case fantasy — and we stick to it because we're on site every day.
It depends on the scope, materials, and condition of the existing space. A drywall repair might be a few hundred dollars. A bathroom remodel can range from $8,000 to $25,000+. We don't give ballpark numbers over the phone — we do a site walk, understand what you're trying to accomplish, and give you an honest, detailed estimate with no hidden costs.
Look for someone who asks questions before quoting, shows up when they say they will, and runs the job personally — not from a truck. Ask how many jobs they manage at once. If the answer is 8-10, your project won't get daily attention. We run a few jobs at a time so yours gets the focus it deserves.
It depends on the scope. Most cosmetic work like tile, flooring, paint, and cabinetry doesn't require permits. Structural changes, plumbing, and electrical typically do. We'll tell you upfront if your project needs a permit and help coordinate the process — no guessing.
It happens, especially in Florida with our humidity. If we find something unexpected, we stop and show you exactly what we found. We explain your options, give you a clear cost to address it, and let you decide before we proceed. No surprise charges — just honest communication.
Yes. Matching existing finishes is one of the things we do best. Whether it's blending a drywall texture from the '90s, finding tile that works with what's already there, or transitioning new flooring into old — we take the time to get it right so repairs don't look like patches.
Yes. We do a free site walk where we come to your home, see the space, and ask the right questions. Then we put together an honest, detailed estimate. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a clear number so you can make a good decision.
