Eminence Services LLC is a registered Florida business (L19000016975), formed in 2019. Licensing and permit requirements depend on the project scope and jurisdiction. Before regulated work begins, the project agreement identifies the responsible contractor, licensed trade, and permit holder.
Do you include design help with renovations?

Yes. We provide in-house design and material-selection help for renovation projects, and standalone planning help is also available.
How do you handle change orders?

We give you an estimate based on the project reviewed, and we stand by it. Requested additions or material changes are reviewed separately before that additional work proceeds.
Can I live in my home during the remodel?

It depends on the room and scope. Before work begins, we explain what will be usable, what will be out of service, and how the work will affect the rest of the home.
