What does a mid-range bathroom remodel actually cost?

Bathroom remodels run $8,000 to $25,000 depending on scope. A guest bathroom refresh with new tile, vanity, and fixtures usually falls in the $8K to $15K range. A full master bathroom renovation with custom tile, a layout change, and premium finishes typically runs $18K to $25K. Estimates are fixed before work begins.
How fast do you turn around an estimate?

Written, fixed estimate within 48 hours of the in-home site walk. Site walks are usually scheduled 3 to 5 days from the initial call. Cabinet and tile lead times are flagged up front so the schedule reflects reality.
How long does a typical remodel take?

Bathrooms typically take 4 to 8 weeks. Kitchens generally run 6 to 12 weeks. You receive a written project schedule at the estimate stage plus weekly progress updates direct from Tyler so the timeline is never a mystery.
Are you a licensed Florida general contractor?

Eminence Services LLC is a registered Florida business (L19000016975), formed in 2019. For projects that require general contractor licensure, we coordinate through a licensed qualifier. Most mid-range bathroom and kitchen renovations within our scope do not require a separate GC license.
Do you include design help with renovations?

Yes. In-house design consultation is included with every renovation — material selection, layout, fixture and finish recommendations. You do not need to coordinate a separate designer.
How do you handle change orders?

Fixed estimate upfront. If scope changes mid-project (additional work, material upgrades) we issue a written change order with the cost before any work begins. No surprise line items.
Can I live in my home during the remodel?

Yes. We phase the work so you always have a functioning kitchen or bathroom, contain dust and debris, and clean up at the end of every day.
What happens if you find unexpected damage?

We stop and show you exactly what we found. We explain your options, give you a clear cost to address it, and let you decide before we proceed.
