Eminence Services LLC provides home maintenance, repair, and remodeling services in Parrish, Bradenton, and Sarasota, Florida. Services include but are not limited to: drywall repair, flooring repair and installation, tile work, carpentry, cabinetry, accent walls, punch list completion, and general remodeling. 2.3 Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided through our website, in person, or via any communication channel are non-binding and subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. No work will commence without a written agreement signed by both parties.
2.4 Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. All payments are subject to the terms of the written contract. Florida construction lien law (Chapter 713, Florida Statutes) applies to all construction and improvement projects. Property owners have the right to receive a Contractor's Final Payment Affidavit and may have lien rights as provided by Florida law.
2.5 Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; or use automated tools to scrape or extract content.

3.1 Program Description

You opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact or estimate forms. This checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and separate from the form submission itself.
SMS opt-in consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving services from Eminence Services LLC.
SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Eminence Services LLC is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
