My Story
From a side business in 2015 to the company I run today.
Eminence is not a brand built in a boardroom. It is one person’s trade, run deliberately. Here is how it got here, in my words.

Origin
It started as a side business.
The early version of Eminence began as a side business in 2015. It grew through completed work and referrals before becoming Eminence Services LLC in 2019.
The Beginning
I started as a handyman.
The side business served approximately 80 customers in its first year. It grew one completed job and one referral at a time.
The Apprenticeship
I learned the trade at the top of the market.
For five years I worked alongside one of Tampa’s leading designers. That experience shaped how I plan work, sequence the job, and pay attention to the finish details.
Formalizing the Company
Eminence Services LLC formed in 2019.
The side business became Eminence Services LLC in 2019. The company is registered with the Florida Division of Corporations under L19000016975.

More than 12 years in the work. More than 600 clients served.
I have more than 12 years in construction and remodeling, and Eminence has served more than 600 clients. The company itself grew from the side business started in 2015 and formalized in 2019.
Philosophy
One job at a time.
The person who sold you the job stays with you. Crews have one job at a time: they show up, stay there, complete the work, and then move on.
Tyler is personally involved in every project and is on site every working day for the sites assigned to him.

What We Do
Mid-range kitchen and bathroom renovations.
Our pricing tool provides preliminary cost and timeline ranges by project type and scope. The real estimate and schedule come from the site conditions, selections, and work required. Beyond renovations, we offer five specialty services that often anchor a project or stand alone.
Custom tile installation
Bathrooms, showers, kitchen backsplashes, feature walls, large-format installations, and geometric patterns.
Cedar plank ceiling installation
Interior rooms and covered lanais.
Trim and door installation
Crown molding, baseboards, casing, interior doors, and decorative wall trim like wainscoting and board-and-batten.
Custom carpentry
Built-in shelving, mudrooms, home office millwork, and custom closet build-outs.
In-house design consultation
Design and material-selection help for renovations, also available as a standalone service.
Our Approach
We operate differently from luxury firms on one end and small-repair specialists on the other.
Estimates we stand by
We estimate the project we reviewed and stand by that estimate. Requested additions or material changes are reviewed separately before the additional work proceeds.
Project-specific schedules
Scope, selections, site conditions, and material lead times shape the schedule. We review those factors before work begins and communicate when they change.
In-house design
Most clients do not want to coordinate a separate designer, a separate material sourcer, and a separate contractor. We handle all of it in-house.

Who We Serve
Homeowners in Manatee and Sarasota counties who want a clear plan before work begins.
Our typical client has lived in their home for five or more years and is ready to update a kitchen or bathroom. They've either been burned by an inflated estimate from a luxury firm or struggled to find someone who could actually handle remodeling-level work.
We also work with designers and architects who need a skilled installation team for tile work, cedar ceilings, custom carpentry, and finish work.
What We Are Not
Boundaries are part of the offer.
- —We are not a luxury or high-end remodeling firm. We do not target the top of the market.
- —We do not take every repair request. Smaller work is accepted selectively based on scope, fit, and schedule.
